TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective date: 29 August 2026

1. About Swifty and These Terms

Swifty.gg is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Primo Support, identification number 305799017, registered at Georgia, Tbilisi, Krtsanisi District, Nikoloz Baratashvili Street N12 / Sanapiro Street N2, Floor 2.

Contact: pr@swifty.gg

In these Terms, “Swifty,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Individual Entrepreneur Primo Support.

These Terms govern your access to and use of Swifty.gg and its related services, interfaces, accounts, quotation tools, promotions, support channels, and Item-purchase services, collectively referred to as the “Service.”

By confirming your acceptance of these Terms and submitting an Order, you enter into a binding agreement with Swifty.

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy also apply to your use of the Service.

2. Definitions

For these Terms:

“Account” means the Swifty user profile connected through your Steam account.

“Accepted Amount” means the amount Swifty agrees to pay for the Items included in an accepted Order.

“Item” means a transferable in-game item displayed through the Service, including its unique asset identifier and associated characteristics.

“Offer” means a proposed purchase amount displayed by Swifty for one or more Items.

“Order” means your request to sell selected Items to Swifty under the transaction details displayed before confirmation.

“Steam” means the Steam platform and its related account, inventory, authentication, and trading systems operated by Valve Corporation.

“Trade Protection Period” means the period during which Steam permits or restricts the reversal, transfer, modification, or use of an Item following a trade.

“Transaction Provider” means a third-party provider used by Swifty to receive or hold Items, process payouts, verify transaction eligibility, prevent fraud, provide technical infrastructure, or perform related transaction functions.

3. Eligibility and Availability

You may use the Service only if:

  1. 1.You are at least 18 years old.
  2. 2.You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  3. 3.You use a Steam account that you lawfully control.
  4. 4.Your use of the Service is lawful in your country and location.
  5. 5.You are not prohibited from using the Service by applicable law, Steam rules, or the rules of a relevant Transaction Provider.
  6. 6.You have not previously been permanently suspended from Swifty.

Swifty is available only in countries and locations supported by its Transaction Providers and where the Service may lawfully be offered.

We do not guarantee availability in every country.

4. What Swifty Does

Swifty provides a service through which eligible users may sell Items directly to Swifty.

Swifty is not a peer-to-peer marketplace. For every Order accepted by Swifty, Swifty is the user’s contractual counterparty and is responsible for the Accepted Amount under these Terms.

Swifty may use Transaction Providers, inventory partners, bots, accounts, or other third parties to receive, hold, transfer, or process Items and payouts. These operational arrangements do not make the Transaction Provider your buyer and do not remove Swifty’s responsibility to pay the Accepted Amount once it becomes due under these Terms.

Swifty is not required to make an Offer for every Item or accept every Order.

5. Relationship With Steam

Swifty is an independent service and is not owned, operated, sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Valve Corporation.

Steam, Counter-Strike, Counter-Strike 2, and related names, marks, images, and intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

The availability, transferability, characteristics, and continued existence of Items depend on Steam’s systems and rules. Swifty does not control changes made by Steam.

You must comply with Steam’s applicable rules when using the Service.

6. Account Connection and Security

The Service may require you to authenticate through Steam and provide a valid Steam Trade URL.

Swifty does not require you to create a separate Swifty password.

You must:

  1. 1.Use only a Steam account that you lawfully control.
  2. 2.Keep your Steam account, devices, and authentication methods secure.
  3. 3.provide an accurate Trade URL;
  4. 4.inspect every Steam trade offer before accepting it;
  5. 5.verify that the Items and receiving account shown in Steam match the Order displayed by Swifty; and
  6. 6.notify Swifty promptly if you believe your account or an Order has been compromised.

Swifty will not ask for your Steam password, Steam Guard code, recovery code, or Steam API key through email, live chat, or another communication channel.

You must not send an Item to someone claiming to represent Swifty unless the trade was generated through the official Swifty interface and the recipient information matches the information shown there.

7. Offers

An Offer may be based on factors including:

  • Item type and characteristics;
  • condition, float, pattern, stickers, or similar attributes;
  • recent market information;
  • demand and liquidity;
  • Steam restrictions;
  • operational and transaction costs;
  • current inventory requirements;
  • promotions or promo codes; and
  • risk and provider availability.

An Offer may differ from prices shown on Steam or other websites.

An Offer is valid only for the period displayed. Before an Order is accepted, Swifty may update or withdraw an Offer.

Displaying an Offer does not by itself require Swifty to purchase the Item.

8. Placing an Order

Before submitting an Order, you will be shown the material transaction details, which may include:

  • the selected Items;
  • the amount offered;
  • applicable promotional adjustments;
  • the expected payout timing;
  • the Trade Protection conditions;
  • any Swifty-controlled fee or deduction;
  • the selected or available payout option; and
  • any other material transaction restriction.

You are responsible for reviewing these details and correcting any error before submitting the Order.

By submitting an Order, you:

  1. 1.offer to sell the selected Items to Swifty;
  2. 2.confirm that the information shown is accurate;
  3. 3.request that Swifty begin processing the transaction;
  4. 4.agree to transfer the Items through the designated Steam trade; and
  5. 5.accept these Terms.

Swifty may immediately provide an electronic acknowledgement that the Order was received. An acknowledgement of receipt is not necessarily confirmation that the Order has been accepted.

A binding sale agreement is formed when:

  1. 1.the designated Steam account accepts the correct Items;
  2. 2.the Items match the asset identifiers and characteristics included in the Order; and
  3. 3.Swifty confirms that the Order has been accepted.

These steps may occur automatically.

Once the Order has been accepted, the Accepted Amount is fixed. Swifty will not reduce it merely because the market value of the Item changes during the Trade Protection Period.

This does not prevent Swifty from correcting a manifest pricing error, an Item mismatch, fraud, or another circumstance expressly covered by these Terms.

9. Item Transfer

You must transfer Items only through the Steam trade associated with your Order.

The Items transferred must exactly match the Items selected and submitted through Swifty.

Swifty may reject or cancel an Order if:

  • a different Item is transferred;
  • an Item’s material characteristics do not match the Order;
  • the trade expires, fails, or is rejected;
  • the Item is not transferable;
  • Steam applies an unexpected restriction;
  • the Order is affected by fraud, account compromise, or a manifest technical error; or
  • accepting the transaction would violate applicable law.

Swifty may rely on Steam records and its own system records when determining whether an Item was offered, accepted, transferred, returned, or reversed.

10. Trade Protection and Payout Timing

Payout is made only after the applicable Steam Trade Protection Period has fully expired and the Item transfer is no longer reversible through the applicable Steam protection mechanism.

During the Trade Protection Period:

  • the Order may remain pending;
  • the Item may not be available for further transfer or use;
  • Swifty may monitor the status of the trade; and
  • the Accepted Amount is not yet due.

If the trade is reversed, cancelled, invalidated, or otherwise fails during the Trade Protection Period, the Order is cancelled and no payout is due for the returned Item.

You must not use Steam’s trade-reversal mechanism merely because you changed your mind or the market value of the Item changed. Swifty may suspend or permanently restrict users who intentionally reverse valid authorised trades.

This does not prevent you from using Steam’s security protections in response to a genuinely unauthorised trade or account compromise.

After the Trade Protection Period expires successfully, Swifty will initiate payout of the Accepted Amount through an available Transaction Provider.

The expected timing shown by Swifty is an estimate. Completion may be affected by provider processing, service outages, public holidays, security checks, incorrect payout information, or circumstances outside Swifty’s reasonable control.

11. Payout Details and Transaction Providers

Payout destination details are normally entered directly into the interface of a Transaction Provider.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  1. 1.the payout destination is correct;
  2. 2.the destination is supported by the provider;
  3. 3.you are authorised to use the destination; and
  4. 4.the transaction does not violate applicable law or provider rules.

A payout destination may belong to you or another person, provided that the Transaction Provider permits it and you are authorised to direct payment there.

Where you direct Swifty to make payout to a third-party destination, payment to that destination satisfies Swifty’s payout obligation as though payment had been made directly to you.

Swifty is not responsible for a loss caused solely by incorrect payout information submitted by you where Swifty and the Transaction Provider correctly followed your instructions.

A Transaction Provider may:

  • impose its own eligibility or country restrictions;
  • require additional information;
  • perform security, fraud-prevention, or compliance checks;
  • reject a payout destination;
  • establish minimum or maximum transaction limits;
  • display its own processing charge; or
  • require acceptance of its separate terms.

Any provider-controlled charge should be displayed by the provider before you confirm the payout request.

Swifty remains responsible for the Accepted Amount. A separate commercial or operational arrangement between Swifty and a Transaction Provider does not remove that responsibility.

If a Transaction Provider cannot complete payout, Swifty may ask you to provide another supported destination or select another available payout option.

If payout cannot be completed within a reasonable period, Swifty may, where technically possible, return the Item instead. Any return may itself be affected by Steam trading restrictions or a new Trade Protection Period.

Swifty’s payout obligation is completed when the Transaction Provider confirms successful transfer of the Accepted Amount to the destination submitted or approved by you.

12. Your Promises About the Items

By submitting an Order, you represent and warrant that:

  1. 1.You lawfully control the Steam account used for the transaction.
  2. 2.You have the lawful right and authority to transfer the Items.
  3. 3.The Items are not stolen or obtained through fraud, account compromise, deception, or another unlawful act.
  4. 4.The Items are not borrowed, rented, pledged, or subject to another person’s claim.
  5. 5.You are not acting for another person without proper authority.
  6. 6.The information you provide is accurate and not misleading.
  7. 7.The transaction does not violate applicable law, a court order, Steam rules, or a contractual obligation.
  8. 8.You will cooperate reasonably with an investigation concerning a disputed or unauthorised transaction.

Swifty may request reasonable evidence of account control, Item control, age, location, or transaction authority where necessary to investigate fraud or comply with applicable law.

13. Cancellation, Errors, and Returns

Before submitting an Order and accepting the Steam trade, you may leave the transaction process without completing the sale.

After the Order has been accepted, you may not ordinarily cancel the sale merely because:

  • you changed your mind;
  • the market price changed;
  • another service later displayed a different price; or
  • you no longer want to sell the Item.

Swifty may cancel an Order where reasonably necessary because of:

  • an obvious and material pricing or technical error;
  • an incorrect or mismatched Item;
  • suspected fraud or account compromise;
  • a stolen or disputed Item;
  • a failed Steam trade;
  • a provider failure that cannot reasonably be resolved;
  • a security incident;
  • a legal restriction; or
  • another material breach of these Terms.

An ordinary market-price change is not a manifest pricing error.

If Swifty cancels an Order after receiving the Item but before payout becomes due, Swifty will return the Item where technically and legally possible.

Steam restrictions may delay the return or cause the returned Item to become subject to a new protection period.

If Swifty accidentally sends a duplicate or excessive payout, the excess amount remains repayable to Swifty. We will provide reasonable information showing the error.

If Swifty sends less than the Accepted Amount because of an error attributable to Swifty, Swifty will correct the shortfall.

14. Fees

The transaction interface will show the Accepted Amount and any fee, deduction, bonus, or adjustment controlled by Swifty before the relevant confirmation.

Swifty will not add a hidden Swifty-controlled fee after an Order has been accepted.

A Transaction Provider may apply a separate charge under its own terms. Where applicable, that charge should be disclosed through the provider’s interface before payout confirmation.

You are responsible for any tax obligation arising from your sale of Items.

Swifty does not provide personal tax advice.

15. Promo Codes

Swifty may offer promo codes or temporary promotional adjustments.

Promo codes may:

  • apply only to eligible Items or users;
  • have an expiry date;
  • be limited to one use;
  • be unavailable in certain countries;
  • be incompatible with another promotion; or
  • be subject to additional conditions displayed with the promotion.

Promo codes have no separate cash value.

Swifty may reject or reverse a promotional benefit obtained through duplicate accounts, manipulation, fraud, a technical error, or another misuse.

A change to a promotion will not ordinarily reduce an Order that Swifty has already accepted.

16. Affiliates and Referrals

Swifty may operate an affiliate or referral programme.

An affiliate may receive a benefit or commission when a user accesses or uses Swifty through an affiliate link, code, or campaign.

Affiliates are independent parties. They do not have authority to:

  • bind Swifty;
  • guarantee an Offer;
  • change these Terms;
  • promise a specific payout time;
  • approve an Order; or
  • make legal commitments on Swifty’s behalf.

Affiliates must disclose their commercial relationship with Swifty where required by law or platform rules.

Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, misleading advertising, false claims, automated abuse, or manipulation of attribution are prohibited.

Additional affiliate terms may apply to persons participating as Swifty affiliates.

17. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  1. 1.Use Swifty for fraud, theft, deception, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or another unlawful purpose.
  2. 2.Transfer Items you do not lawfully control.
  3. 3.Use a compromised, purchased, rented, or unauthorised Steam account.
  4. 4.Provide false account, country, ownership, or transaction information.
  5. 5.Manipulate Item characteristics, prices, transaction records, or market information.
  6. 6.Exploit a pricing error, promotion error, security vulnerability, or technical defect.
  7. 7.Create multiple Accounts to evade restrictions or abuse promotions.
  8. 8.Impersonate Swifty, its personnel, a provider, another user, or a Steam representative.
  9. 9.Use scripts, bots, scraping, or automated access without written authorisation.
  10. 10.Introduce malicious code or interfere with the Service.
  11. 11.Attempt to access another user’s information or restricted systems.
  12. 12.Circumvent an Account suspension, provider restriction, or transaction limit.
  13. 13.Use Swifty branding, domains, or communications for phishing or misleading promotion.
  14. 14.Abuse Steam’s reversal system to cancel a knowingly authorised sale.

18. Account Restrictions

Swifty may delay an Order, restrict features, suspend an Account, or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

  • suspected fraud;
  • account compromise;
  • a disputed or stolen Item;
  • abuse of promotions or referrals;
  • a provider rejection;
  • a Steam restriction or reversal;
  • a security incident;
  • a material breach of these Terms; or
  • a legal requirement.

Where reasonably possible, Swifty will provide a general explanation and an opportunity to contact support.

Account suspension does not permit Swifty to keep a lawfully transferred Item without paying for it, returning it, or otherwise resolving the relevant Order in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

19. Communications, Live Chat, and Marketing

Swifty may contact you about:

  • an Order;
  • Account security;
  • transaction status;
  • Service interruptions;
  • support requests;
  • changes to these Terms; or
  • another operational or legal matter.

Support and live-chat messages are intended to assist users. A support agent cannot change an accepted Order or create a binding exception to these Terms unless the change is confirmed through the official Swifty transaction system or in writing by an authorised representative.

Do not send passwords, authentication codes, recovery codes, API keys, or unnecessary identity documents through live chat or email.

Swifty will send newsletters or promotional emails only where you have provided the required separate consent.

You may unsubscribe through the link included in the message or by contacting pr@swifty.gg.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent essential Order, security, support, or legal communications.

20. Service Availability and Third Parties

The Service depends on third-party systems, including Steam, hosting services, Transaction Providers, security providers, and communication services.

Swifty does not control every outage, restriction, delay, policy change, or technical decision made by those parties.

Swifty may maintain, secure, update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every Item will always be eligible for purchase.

A change to the Service will not ordinarily change an Order that Swifty has already accepted.

21. Intellectual Property

The Swifty website, software, interface, branding, original text, graphics, databases, and other Swifty-created materials are owned by or licensed to IE Primo Support.

Swifty grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, reproduce, modify, frame, mirror, distribute, or commercially exploit Swifty materials without written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

22. Disclaimers

Swifty provides a commercial Item-purchase service. Swifty does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.

An Offer is not a statement or guarantee concerning the future value of an Item.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swifty does not guarantee:

  • future Item value;
  • continued Steam transferability;
  • uninterrupted Service availability;
  • acceptance of every Item or Order;
  • availability of every payout option;
  • a third party’s exact processing time; or
  • that external market information will always be complete or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Swifty is responsible only for direct and reasonably foreseeable losses caused by Swifty’s breach of these Terms, negligence, or misconduct.

For a claim directly relating to a specific Order, Swifty’s aggregate liability will not exceed the Accepted Amount for that Order, except where applicable law requires greater liability.

Swifty is not responsible for a loss caused solely by:

  • incorrect payout information submitted by you;
  • your failure to secure your Steam account;
  • your acceptance of an incorrect or fraudulent Steam trade after the official Swifty interface displayed different recipient information;
  • an unauthorised third party using your account because of your failure to protect your credentials;
  • a Steam or provider action outside Swifty’s reasonable control; or
  • conduct prohibited by these Terms.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from fraud, intentional misconduct, or another non-excludable legal obligation.

24. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.

This choice of law does not remove any mandatory rights that apply to you under the law of your country of residence.

Before commencing an ordinary legal claim, you and Swifty should attempt in good faith to resolve the matter by contacting pr@swifty.gg and allowing a reasonable opportunity for investigation.

This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief, submitting a regulatory complaint, or acting before a legal limitation period expires.

Subject to any mandatory jurisdictional rights available to you, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.

25. Changes to These Terms

Swifty may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, Steam functionality, Transaction Providers, security requirements, or the Service.

The updated Terms will show a new effective date.

Material changes may also be communicated through the website or by email where appropriate.

Changes apply prospectively and will not ordinarily alter an Order accepted before the new Terms take effect.

Where required, Swifty will request renewed acceptance.

26. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver of that provision.

Swifty may transfer these Terms as part of a genuine sale, merger, restructuring, or transfer of the Service, provided that users’ mandatory rights are not reduced.

These Terms, together with the accepted transaction details and any applicable promotional conditions, constitute the agreement relating to an Order.
